Guidelines on Bookvisit

Cancellation terms no later than 30 days prior to arrival:

If the booking is canceled no later than 30 days before the arrival date, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the
stay (100% refund).

Cancellation terms no later than 14 days prior to arrival:

If the booking is canceled no later than 14 days before the arrival date, the customer will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid for the
stay (50% refund).

Cancellation policy between 14 days and 48 hours prior to arrival:

If the booking is canceled between 14 days and 48 hours before the arrival date, the customer will receive a 25% refund of
the amount paid for the stay (25% refund).

Cancellation policy less than 48 hours prior to arrival:

If the booking is canceled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the customer will receive no refund of the amount paid
for the stay (no refund).

Cancellation terms in case of reduction of participants:

The deadline for reducing the number of participants is 1 week before arrival. If the number of participants is reduced after this deadline, a fee will be charged
corresponding to the full price per participant.

Cancellation terms for add-ons

Lighthouse tours can be canceled with a 100% refund no later than 24 hours before, but other add-ons must be canceled 1 week before to get a full refund

For groups

When booking:

An invoice for 25% of the total amount will be sent upon confirmation that you wish to keep the reservation. The remainder (75%) is payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Before and after 30 days before arrival:

The paid amount of 25% of the total amount (at the time of booking) is to be considered as a deposit and is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. The remaining amount (75%) will be refunded within 30 days prior to arrival. No refund if canceled less than 30 days before arrival. Remember travel insurance
