Out by the sea: Life, light and landscape at Tranøy Lighthouse. This is a calm and sensory coastal walk at the outer edge of Tranøy, led by our local guide Tor-Halvar Jakobsen. Nature, light and stories from coastal life are woven together at a gentle pace.
Join us for an easy walk through the beautiful landscape surrounding Tranøy Lighthouse. Tor-Halvar shares stories about life along the coast, the natural forces that shape the area, and the everyday routines of the lighthouse keepers who kept the lights burning. The tour moves at a relaxed pace with several stops, and concludes with a simple serving by the fire in scenic surroundings.
